SYNOPSIS
A village, Aadhi Kadu which has its own custom and religion belief for over 200 years is forced to seek the help of a Kumki elephant to chase a wild elephant, Komban which destructing the village and cost innocent lives. Bomman (Vikram Prabhu) has a tame elephant, Manickam which he treats as his own brother. One day, due to carelessness, his uncle lost the elephant permit which lead the elephant to be taken away. With a help from elephant caretaker, Bomman reunites with his elephant. At the same time, the caretaker has been assigned to get a Kumki elephant for the needy village. Unfortunately, the Kumki elephant cannot be delivered right on time. In order to repay his deed, Bommam despite knowing his elephant not meant to fight, bravely volunteers to bring his elephant into the village until the real Kumki elephant arrives.
In the village, Bomman meets Alli (Lakshmi Menon) and falls for her in the first side. His love blossoms and encourages him to stay put in the village to take on the wild elephant. As the story evolves, Bomman and his uncle came to learn about the village culture and belief. Soon, he realizes he cannot betray the villagers belief towards him whom they treat and belief him as a God that came to save their village. The story flows with the complication love story between Bomman and Alli and how Bomman uses his tame elephant to face the roar wild elephant.

Vikram Prabhu - Making his debut in Tamil cinema in a challenging role as a mahout attracts expectations in the industry. Being born in the legendary acting family, he definitely proves he had lift up his father's and grandfather's fame. Totally magnifying to witness his performance in his first movie. His brilliant performance marks his entrance in the industry. He acting shows he can lift any character in the near time and ready to give his best to create his own path in the industry.
Lakshmi Menon - After portraying a strong college girl character in Sundara Pandian, this time she plays a custom village girl who falls for a mahout from outside world who were inherit by her father's trust and village belief. It stated this was her debut though Sundara Pandian had released earlier. Her performances were off the hook. The love bond from her character brilliant performed.
Thambi Ramaiah - Big salute to his brilliant performances. After donning small roles in films and getting all the attentions from his remarkable performance in Mynaa, Kumki definitely hike up his fame. He portrays an important character in this movie which equally strong as the main role. His comedy undeniably entertains the audiences. His face expression, mind voice and spot on comedy truly makes the audience laugh out loud and enjoys the flows of the movie.

THE DIRECTOR
After the major success of Mynaa, Prabu Solomon returns with an aspiring script on elephants. After creating fame on Mynaa, he delivers a strong script which totally stunning. A brilliant effort once again to direct debutantes in this high anticipated movie. The bond between a mahout and his elephant were brilliantly delivered. More over, the relationship between Bomman and Alli were brilliantly penned down as well. As the captain of the ship, Prabu Solomon totally dons his role and puts all the hard work to bring out this movie. Unfortunately, the VFX works are noticeable. It clearly differentiates which scene was role using real elephant and which sequence involves VFX. Although some scene were caught draggy, his comedy dialogues and beautiful narration switches audience's attraction. The climax surely brings down emotion.

Absolutely brilliant camerawork!!! Cinematographer Sukumar beautiful shots amazes the movie. Songs sequences were captured superbly. The beautiful shot at the waterfall in the Sollithale track surely mesmerizing. The visualization of Sukumar's brilliant camerawork surely stuns the audiences.
